This document is a Peer Review Draft, adopted by the MIAQC Board of Directors for review and comment by members and stakeholders.  Comment period will remain open through September 30, 2009.

Directions for making a comment: 

1)    Please download and save either the Microsoft Word or the Adobe Acrobat version of the document.

2)    Make sure the “track changes” or “comments” features are enabled.  Make your changes and comments. 

3)    Save the document with the title:

        “Renovations Checklist – (your name) Comments”.
